  • Currently, we focus exclusively on Teens (12+) and Adults. Pediatric anxiety often requires different play-based and parent-based approaches. We are happy to refer you to child specialists in Pasadena.

  • CBT for anxiety is often shorter-term than other therapies. Many patients feel a significant reduction in symptoms within 12-20 sessions.

  • Yes. We know you are busy. While there is value to in-person sessions, we offer secure video therapy that you can do from home.
